How to assemble ISO Shipper System XP-20

Place the inner packaging inside the box, add the cool or gel packs into the box. You must ensure the approved cool or gel packs are pre conditioned and positioned as per the instructions on the ISO assembly sheet in order to obtain the qualified temperature. Once the inner packaging and gel packs are correctly assembled, fit the lid on top, close the outer carton by folding the top inner flaps in first, then the top outer flaps, and seal with 75mm adhesive tape in a “U” shape.
