DGSA Consignor appointment exemption UPDATE.
UK Department for Transport have now initiated Multilateral Agreement M351e see document.
This clarifies in effect what text will be in the ADR 2025 regulations where an exemption may also apply to a consignor whereby the movement of dangerous goods is not the main activity, see ADR 1.8.3.2(b)
The MLA now formally addresses the issue until the new text is published.
