In preparation for the UK exiting the EU the new statutory instrument The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment amendment Regulations has now been signed into law.
Supporting documents include an explanatory memorandum further explaining what the instrument does and why, plus a record of the legislation’s progress through parliament is available on Parliament.uk.
