To ensure the packaging can fulfil its capability, it is important to pack the box correctly and compliantly as per the assembly instructions. If packed incorrectly, you risk invalidating the UN certification and the substance being compromised during transit. It is the shippers responsibility to ensure the assembly instructions are strictly followed.
Assemble the box, folding in the bottom flaps first and sealing the base with 50mm adhesive tape in a “U” shape. Fold the supplied end buffer pads and insert into box. Place the approved inners into the 4G box. Fold and insert both inner dividers. Close the outer box by folding the inner flaps in first, then the outer flaps. Seal with 50mm adhesive tape in a “U” shape. Your product is now correctly packaged and ready for the appropriate hazard labels to be affixed along with any other necessary consignment information.
