4G Fibreboard Box 4G/X15/S must be used with the specific ‘approved with’ inner packaging listed below. Approved for packing group I. This combination packaging is approved for shipping liquids only . Comes with pre-printed class 3 hazard label. Gross package must not exceed 15kg. To ensure the packaging can fulfil its capability, it is important to pack the box correctly and compliantly as per the assembly instructions. If packed incorrectly, you risk invalidating the UN certification and the substance being compromised during transit. It is the shippers responsibility to ensure the assembly instructions are strictly followed.

How to assemble 4G Fibreboard Box 4G/X15/S

Assemble the box, folding in the bottom flaps first and sealing the base with 50mm adhesive tape in a “U” shape. Place the approved inner packaging into the 4G box. Close the outer box by folding the inner flaps in first, then the outer flaps. Seal with 50mm adhesive tape in a “U” shape.
