In this video we demonstrate how to package infectious substances using our Code 333 Biotransporter 1 – Temperature Control Packaging.

Looking for temperature control when shipping infectious substances? Our Biotransporter 1, temperature control outer packaging can contain up to 5kg of Dry Ice to give 30 – 40 hours protection. It is approved to ship Class 6.2 Infectious Substances, Category A Substances. The Code 333 Can also be used to transport Cat B biological Substances.

Ship up to a maximum gross weight of 31kg with this 4G fibreboard box, capable of holding 4x 5L 3H1 jerricans. This combination packaging is approved to ship substances of all packing groups I, II & III, provided they are suitable within the approved inner packaging and do not exceed the maximum capacity for each inner package.

This 4G box is approved for shipping liquid dangerous goods.

Bioshipper-1 is suitable for Biological Substances, Category B UN3373, Packing Instruction P650.

This product is supplied flat packed ready to ship, is designed with a fast easy pop up construction and is capable of carrying up to 4 x BioBag-1. The box dimensions allow the full internal capacity of the BioBag-1 to be utilised enhancing the economic performance of the packaging whilst reducing transport volume weight costs.
