Our ISO insulated boxes can maintain chilled temperatures of 2°C to 8°C.

Our ISO systems provide either 48 or 72 hours of protection depending on the choice of product. For example, our Code 820 can maintain proven temperatures of 2°C to 8°C for up to 48 hrs, while our Code 831 can maintain proven temperatures for up to 72 hrs.

Our ISO refrigerated shipping boxes are 2°C to 8°C qualified with gel packs or cool packs. However, dry Ice can be used in our ISO shippers if the customer prefers an alternative temperature. For customers requiring a qualified temperature of -20°C, our Thermal Controlled Dry Ice Shipping Boxes which are qualified with Dry Ice may be more suitable.

Yes, all our ISO insulated boxes come complete with the relevant cool or gel packs that they are qualified with.

Our Thermal Control range does not come complete with cool packs as they have been qualified with Dry Ice; however, gel packs or cool packs can be used and purchased separately.

Yes but only if the refrigerated shipping boxes are completely undamaged. Reusability also depends on handling, contamination risk and industry requirements.
