To ensure the packaging can fulfil its capability, it is important to pack the box correctly and compliantly as per the assembly instructions. If packed incorrectly, you risk invalidating the UN certification and the substance being compromised during transit. It is the shippers responsibility to ensure the assembly instructions are strictly followed.
1) Assemble the box and tape at the base with 50mm adhesive tape in a "U" shape before adding the buffer partitions and a set of dividers. Then add a small layer of vermiculite. 2) Place a layer of four bottles into the box and add vermiculite to just above the level of the bottles. 3) Add a layer pad, another divider and small layer of vermiculite and repeat step 2. 4) If packing 12 bottles repeat step 3. 5) Fill all void spaces within the box and once closed, box must be sealed with 50mm adhesive tape in a "U" shape.
