Thermal Control Unit TC-100

A heavy duty Thermal Control Unit consisting of a triple-walled fibreboard box containing a heavy duty polystyrene inner container and lid. When used as an over-pack, it is designed for the temperature control of your substance during transport (non UN Approved). It can also be used as an UN Approved combination packaging when used with Bio TransporterCARGO™ (CODE 424) for long distance shipments of Infectious Substances and Diagnostic Specimens.

Assembly Sheet

To ensure the packaging can fulfil its capability, it is important to pack the box correctly and compliantly as per the assembly instructions. If packed incorrectly, you risk invalidating the UN certification and the substance being compromised during transit. It is the shippers responsibility to ensure the assembly instructions are strictly followed.
